so I got the tj’s companion cookbook for christmas. I LOVE IT. I made the tortilla soup last night. AMAZING. I added some more veggies to mine, like zucchini, carrots, and mushrooms. It made it more filling.
Then tonight I made the curry. It was super good too. Although…it was better when I added salt and cinnamon.
Okay, I’ll stop there. But if you cant tell, I am uber excited about this cookbook. Let me know when else you make from it. xxx P.S love your BLOG!
